We are in March and I want to start a course, do I have to wait until the new term starts?
No, you can register your interest like other people do and if we have at least 3 students we can open a course for you!
How do I enrol?

Can I start in the middle of the course?
It depends on your level. You can do the placement test or book a trial-evaluation lesson of one hour where your language tutor will assess your level and tell you if you can join the course. If you can’t join the course you can do one or a couple of make-up classes to reach the right level to join.
I’m interested in X course but the day doesn’t suit me. Is there any other choice?
Yes, please register your interest and we will contact you with the options available.
How far in advance do I have to book my course?
The earlier the better. Our classes are small group with maximum 6 students so we recommend to reserve your spot. Moreover, you can pay early bird fees instead of the whole price.
Where is the school located?
We are based in Bangalow! If you have a group of people interested in one of our courses we can come to your city!
Will the group be too fast for me?
We try to make groups with similar level, age and learning pace but it is difficult to know if some students will learn quicker than others. This is why we like to keep our groups small, so the teacher can really follow up with each student providing the right support in and outside the class. If you already know that language learning is hard for you, we recommend to do at least 3 classes one-on-one before joining the course.
What if the level of the class is too low/high?
Our tutors follow up closely with the students to ensure that they are in the right class according to their level. If the student feels that the level in his/her class is too high/low, and we have spots in another level, he/she can change the class without any problem. If we have no spots, another choice will be given.
Do I have to pay the whole course upfront?
Yes, this will ensure your spot and help us in the organisation of the course, venue, tutor, etc. You will pay first the enrolment fee of $50 which will be deducted from the total course amount once you are ready to pay. You need to pay the total amount at least 7 days before the course starts.
What is the average age of the students?
We have mix groups, our youngest student was 6 and our oldest was 70 :). It depends on the group, we have classes for adults, teens and kids.
What happen if I want to cancel my course?
Before thinking of it, we recommend you to have a chat with us, we may find another solution for you! Please read our term and conditions.
Are the classes in English?
For Beginners we start with English, however our goal is to speak another language! So slowly we will push you into making the effort of not speaking english and live a language full immersion.
